Sophia Hubs entrepreneurs’ club invites members to…
- Topic: The importance of looking the part for your business
- Speaker: Kathleen Hodis of Fabulistic
- Tuesday 7 March, 6.30-8.30 at Redbridge Institute (Room C)
- Followed by networking, peer support and refreshments
Kathleen Hodis runs Fabulistic a start-up Company based in South Woodford providing a full service of styling for women of colour. Kathleen believes that start-ups and business owners should always tell the story of their business, a bit like wearing the work uniform. It is about style/clothes/looks that feel comfortable for you (she says that’s important) and fits with the image of your business. It’s about taking a level of responsibility for the impressions you give of your business, project, cause.
This is an informal session. Kathleen will share her tips on styling for positive first impressions and also her tips and experience as a start-up business.
It is aimed at women (it’s Women’s Day on the 8th) but relevant to men too – you’re very welcome. There will be time for everyone to share and network plus refreshments.
Important notice following the launch of our membership scheme on 1st March
The entrepreneurs’ club is open to Sophia Hubs members and to people that want to try out the club for the first time. It is no longer a free service. Here’s the information about this. Please do make contact by email or text/call if you need a bit more information or support.
