Helping to make Redbridge voluntary and community groups more entrepreneurial
As part of our Enterprising Redbridge project, supported by Redbridge CVS, we are offering a 2 hour session to support you to work on the business model canvas. This is a very practical tool for taking a look at your whole ‘business’ on one page and identifying ideas to test out to develop.
The aim is to help your community group be more sustainable and less reliant on funding. You can take the business model canvas away with you and carrying on working on it. It’s a great tool.
Graham Gardiner of Aspiren and Alice Wallace of Urban Cataylsts will be on hand to help you do some serious (and exciting) thinking. Best if a few of you can come along – people from all strands – Board, staff, volunteers, users.
Wednesday 13th July 5-7pm at the Welcome Centre. Please book a place here – this is for community groups and charities only. And please register for Enterprising Redbridge project here if you have not done so.
