Cutting costs in your business and not risking over reaching at an early stage 23.9.15 at 7-8.45pm with Ola Asgill
At Ketco Ltd, 8 Wangey Road (Corner of High Rd), Chadwell Heath, RM6 4DB
We are holding alternate Tuesday lunchtime enterprise club sessions and evening sessions. Next week on Wednesday 23rd September it will be at Ketco Ltd offices from 7pm-8.45pm. Ola Asgill is the owner and will host this session.
Ola wants to explain about business rates and other costs that can be avoided until your business is robust enough to scale up. In fact the heading could be ‘do not take on premises until you absolutely have to and other cost avoidance tips!’
This will be the usual mix of updates on how your business is progressing, listening to tips from a speaker from the local business community, networking and time to identify your actions for the next week or two.
This will be a very useful session led by Ola who is on the Sophia Hubs management board and is a member of the Redbridge Chamber. He is also exploring whether his premises could become a co-working space in the borough and would like your ideas and feedback on this.
If you would like more information about the enteprise club please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org but feel free to turn up and to bring others with you.
On Tuesday lunchtime (22nd September) the St Johns centre will be open for a co-working space from 12-2.30 if you find it helpful to work on your business alongside others. Wifi. Drinks available.
The following Tuesday 29th September the speaker at the lunchtime session will be Nnenna Anyanwu on identifying what your business needs are and advice on legal structures for businesses.
