paint parkside - 4 people - med fileAn amazing 334 litres of re-used paint is being handed over here to Jane Hart (left) manager of the Parkside Community Association in Goodmayes.  Jane is standing with the Treasurer Ken Morum and they are both delighted that they can gradually oversee the re-painting of the whole premises in the next 12 months.

Jane says: ‘We are a charity but nearly all our income is raised ourselves through lettings. This is very exciting for us. “paint at parkside med file

Sophia Hubs Seven Kings is in partnership with the Forest Recycling project to raise awareness of re-used paint (the paint that is taken to the Chigwell Road recycling centre) and to support a start-up to take on the role of distributing this and other materials in Redbridge.

The paint give-way is 4,000 litres – make contact with Nilesh at FRP or me if you would like to find out more.   Email paint@frponline.org.uk. To see the flyer click here SH Paint Project poster
